- DIESEL TRUCK MECHANIC on 1st Shift to work 5:00am – 1:30pm – Perris, CA
- WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER on 2nd Shift to work 1:30pm – 10:00pm – Perris, CA
- MILL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC on 2nd Shift to work 2:00pm – 10:30pm – Perris, CA
Job Title: DIESEL TRUCK MECHANIC
Annual Salary: $52,000.00 – $83,200.00 per year
Job type: Full-time/Hourly non-exempt position with 5 – 10 hours of overtime available per week.
Job Purpose: Performs as a fleet maintenance technician for the Transportation department.
Duties:
- Provide emergency maintenance services for the company’s fleet of vehicles.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the fleet in optimal condition.
- Perform all necessary inspections and document results.
- Trouble Shoot, repair, replace and adjust all brake components, electrical, wire harnesses, lift gates, engine components, turbos, compressors, diesel particulate filters, motors, cylinders, hydraulic equipment etc. on all vehicles.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent mechanical and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Job Title: WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER
Annual Salary: $39,520.00 – $58,240.00 per year
Job type: Full-time/Hourly non-exempt position with overtime available.
Job Purpose: Put together sack customer orders (for delivery or will call) by building the pallets with our products from a pick-ticket in a neat and organized fashion. Pulling orders from a pick ticket to fill sack trucks avoiding shortages and or pulling errors. Receiving in sack products / unloading ingredients completing all paperwork as needed.
Duties: Sit-down Forklift Operator experience required & able to lift & stack 50 lb. feed bags.
- Keep Warehouse clean: Make sure all broken bags are picked up and accounted for. If a bag is broken and it can’t be taken off pallet, make sure to tape it to prevent feed from spilling out.
- Pick Sack Sales Orders: Building orders for will calls or deliveries. Making sure the correct product is being picked and neatly stacked on a pallet. Checking to make sure there are no broken bags or bugs on the product you are pulling.
- Operate a forklift in the warehouse: Must be trained and observed before driving forklift. Must have forklift safety knowledge and follow all company policies and procedures for the forklift operator. Must do a forklift inspection at the beginning of each shift daily and note any issues on the forklift inspection sheet. Forklift inspection sheet to be turned in at the beginning of the shift. Any issues with a forklift at the time of inspection must be reported to the supervisor or be taken to shop and be approved by the mechanic to use.
- Complete Sack Paperwork: Must make sure all pick tickets are completed looking to make sure there are no product shortages. When pick tickets are completed copies of pick tickets must be made and copies put in folder.
- Must be able to lift 50 to 60 lb. animal feed bags when hand picking orders to stack neatly on top of wooden pallets before wrapping with shrink wrapper.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sit-down Forklift Experience a plus, but NOT required; can certify on-site.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail by making sure correct tags are being applied to matching bags.
- Excellent math skills so when bagging fish feed can be sure the correct amounts of fish oil are being added.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Job Title: MILL MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
Annual Salary: $52,000.00 – $83,200.00 per year
Job type: Full-time/Hourly non-exempt position with possible overtime available.
Job Purpose: Maintains all manufacturing equipment with P.M.’s and Repairs by use of electrical, bearings, conveyor belts, fabrication, welding, etc.
Duties:
- Sit-down Forklift Experience required; can certify on-site.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment runs safely.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep all manufacturing equipment in optimal condition.
- Perform all necessary inspections and document results.
- Trouble Shoot, repair, replace and adjust all machine components, electrical, wires, bearings, conveyor belts, bucket elevator, plc’s, hydraulic equipment, etc.
- Follow all company policies and procedures safely & keep work area clean.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing equipment, maintenance and repair.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required for picking up parts.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment repair, welding & fabrication required.
