We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• TRUCK MECHANIC on 1st Shift to work 5:00am - 1:30pm - Perris, CA
• BAG STACKERS on 1st Shift to work 5:00am - 1:30pm - Perris, CA

Job Title:     TRUCK MECHANIC
Annual Salary:  $52,000.00 - $83,200.00 per year
Job type:     Full-time/Hourly non-exempt position with 5 - 10 hours of overtime available per week.

Job Purpose: Performs as a fleet maintenance technician for the Transportation department.

Duties:

• Provide emergency maintenance services for the company’s fleet of vehicles.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the fleet in optimal condition.
• Perform all necessary inspections and document results.
• Trouble Shoot, repair, replace and adjust all brake components, electrical, wire harnesses, lift gates, engine components, turbos, compressors, diesel particulate filters, motors, cylinders, hydraulic equipment etc. on all vehicles. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent mechanical and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Job Title:     BAG STACKERS
Annual Salary:  $39,520.00 - $54,080.00 per year
Job type:     Full-time/Hourly non-exempt position with possible overtime available.

Job Purpose: Keeps the warehouse stocked with standard brands and bag specialty products in a timely manner. Performs tasks required to operate packaging equipment in support of feed processing plant.

Duties:

• Transfers finished feeds from holding tanks to bagger bins and sacks off feeds as required on batch cards.
• Inspects feeds for quality per pallet by taking samples of all feeds bagged. Notifying Supervisor if something looks off.
• Check weights on bags to ensure correct weights are being added to bags.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 lb. animal feed bags from conveyor belt to stack on wooden pallets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sit-down Forklift Experience a plus, but NOT required; can certify on-site.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail by making sure correct tags are being applied to matching bags.
• Excellent math skills so when bagging fish feed can be sure the correct amounts of fish oil are being added.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
